Count players, not just invitations
A couple might share a puzzle, while other guests prefer their own. Decide whether you are printing for individuals or teams. Add a few spare guest sheets for late arrivals and mislaid cards.
For filled bingo, print different arrangements: the free maker supports up to 12. Repeating the same filled card makes identical winning rows more likely. Blank bingo can be reprinted for any number of guests because players write their own guesses.
Separate guest copies from host pages
Word search and word scramble each include a matching answer key. Keep that page out of the guest pile. If you use two cards per page, the guest sheet contains two copies; the key remains on a separate host page.
Advice and prediction cards do not need an answer key. Print as many copies as there are interested guests, and give the collected cards to the parents. Raffle tickets need a written name so you can identify the winner.
Test the settings that affect size
The game and keepsake cards are 5 × 7 inches. Raffle tickets are 3.5 × 2 inches. Choose the same paper size in the maker and printer settings, then use Actual size / 100% rather than Fit to page.
Two-per-page game cards use landscape paper. Raffle ticket sheets use portrait paper. The downloaded PDF is the most consistent way to keep the intended layout; the website's print button is an alternative when you need it.
Keep the day flexible
Have a short explanation ready, but do not feel obliged to interrupt a good conversation. An untimed word search or keepsake card can stay on the table throughout the party. Guests can join when they feel like it.
