Agree on the details first
Ask the parents which diaper sizes or types would be useful. Then decide the entry rule and prize. One pack for one ticket is easy to explain, but you can choose another rule that suits your group.
Keep bringing diapers optional. The invitation should explain the raffle without making a guest feel that an extra purchase is required to attend.
- Which diaper sizes would be appreciated?
- What earns an entry?
- Who will collect and label the tickets?
- When will you draw the winner?
Give guests a clear invitation
You can adapt this wording: “If you'd like to join our diaper raffle, bring a pack of diapers in any size. We'll give you a ticket for the prize draw.” If you prefer specific sizes or a different entry rule, say that clearly.
The standard free ticket wording invites guests to bring a pack for a chance to win. The complete set preview lets you change the wording so it matches the rule you announced. Do not promise a prize that has not been arranged.
Set up the raffle table
Make a free diaper raffle sign and place it beside the tickets, a pen and a bowl. Its standard wording gives one entry per pack and draws a winner before guests leave. Choose a 5 × 7 frame or stand, or lay the sign where guests can read it.
Use the same rule on the invitation, sign and tickets. If your entry rule differs, add a clear note or explain it when guests arrive. The complete set preview offers custom sign instructions.
Print the tickets
The free generator makes up to 50 numbered tickets in a file. Add the parent's name, choose Letter or A4, and download. Each ticket measures 3.5 × 2 inches and has a space for the guest's name.
Print at Actual size / 100% and cut at the crop marks. If you reprint a sheet, the numbers repeat; the written names are what identify your entries. For a simple name-based draw, duplicate printed numbers do not prevent the raffle from working.
Collect names and draw a winner
Give a ticket to each eligible guest according to your announced rule. Ask them to write their name, then collect the named tickets in a bowl or envelope. Keep unfilled spare tickets out of the draw.
Mix the entries and pick a ticket when you said you would. If the winner must be present, explain that ahead of time and decide how you will handle an absent winner. Keep the draw short so it fits naturally into the shower.
