If the card is too small or clipped
Match Letter or A4 in both the maker and the print dialog. Then choose Actual size or 100%, rather than Fit to page. The game cards are designed to finish at 5 × 7 inches, with crop marks outside the edges.
Use portrait orientation for one game card per sheet and landscape for two. Raffle ticket sheets use portrait orientation. The print and cutting guide shows the intended layouts. If your viewer offers automatic rotation, inspect its preview before printing.
If you printed answers instead of guest sheets
Word-game PDFs include guest pages and separate answer keys. Inspect the thumbnails or page preview in your PDF viewer and select the pages you want. Keep one key in the host stack, then print the guest puzzle for each player or team.
For filled bingo, check that you're printing the different cards in your file, rather than repeating only the first page. Blank bingo, puzzles and keepsakes can use repeated copies. The preparation checklist helps you count those pages before starting.
If colors or details look different
Check whether your printer is set to grayscale or draft quality. Use the intended paper setting and print one test with the final design. Screens and printers can show colors differently, so choose based on the physical sheet you'll hand to guests.
If the downloaded PDF itself is missing text or artwork, try downloading again and open the new file before printing. For an ongoing file problem, use the site's contact page and describe the activity, paper size and what is missing. You don't need to send personal party wording.
